Import Ionix report to Autobahn
This manual provides step-by-step instructions for exporting reports from the Ionix dashboard and importing them into Autobahn.
1. Exporting the Base File (Standard Report)
1 – Navigate to Action Items: Log in to your Ionix dashboard and select Action Items from the sidebar menu.
2 – Apply Status Filters: Ensure the view is filtered to show only Open and In Progress items.
3 – Configure Columns: Click Edit Columns and ensure the following fields are selected:
a. Title (selected by default)
b. Urgency (selected by default)
c. Asset Name
d. Description
e. IPs
f. CVEs
g. Required Action
h. Type

4 – Download Report: Click the Download CSV button to save the base file to your computer.
2. Exporting the Extended File (With Port Information)
If you require port-level details for your assets, you will need to export an additional “Extended File” from the Discovery section.
NOTE: Importing port information requires a manual merge process. If you need this data, please provide both the Base File and the Extended File to the Autobahn support team. We will manually merge the data and perform the upload for you.
1 – Navigate to Discovery: Select the Discovery menu from the Ionix sidebar.

2 – Configure Columns: Click Edit Columns and select the following:
a. Asset Name (selected by default)
b. WHOIS Name Server
c. FQDNs
d. Protocols
e. Open Ports

3 – Download CSV: Click Download CSV to save the extended file.

3. Importing the Report to Autobahn
Follow these instructions to upload your Ionix report (Base File) to the Autobahn platform.
NOTE: If you require port information, please refer to the note in Step 2. You should not perform this manual upload; instead, provide the files to the Autobahn team for merging and uploading.
1 – Navigate to Scans and upload: In the Autobahn sidebar, go to the Scans menu. Click the Upload button at the top of the page.

2 – Open Import Drawer: A drawer will appear on the right. Click Import file.

3 – Select Origin: In the Import page, set the “Origin” dropdown to Ionix.
4 – Choose Import Type:
- Select New to create a fresh revision.
- Select Existing to continue a previous upload revision count.

5 – Set Scan Parameters (For New Imports):
- Select External if the assets were scanned from the public internet.
- Select Internal for internal network scans.

6 – Complete Details: Enter the Scan Name, Description (optional), and assign it to a team member (optional). Finally, drag and drop your Base File into the upload area or click on the upload area, and click Import.
4. Monitoring Progress
Once the import is initiated, you can monitor its status via the File Uploads drawer within the Scans page.
- The status will transition to Finished once processing is complete.
- After processing is finished, a new scan entry corresponding to this upload will appear automatically in the Scans page.
